Eamonn Fleming

Eamonn Fleming received a B.A. from UCC in 1975 and a Bachelor of Civil Law in 1978 and qualified as a Solicitor in March 1980. He worked for two and a half years in the practice of GV Moloney & Co., Solicitors in Cavan then commenced practice in partnership in Bandon in October 1982 and commenced practice in his own name in Bandon in January 1985.

He has extensive experience in practice in all Courts in the County from the District Court to the Supreme Court, has received a Diploma in property Tax from the Law Society via their continuing Education programme and regularly attends their Law Society`s continuing Legal Education programme.

He specialises in both Criminal and Civil Litigation, Commercial Conveyancing, Arbitrations in relation to Part V of the Planning Acts and child related family law issues. He is a former Counsel member of the Incorporated Law Society and was a member of their Litigation Registrars Committees.
